Maybe it should add one: Vice President for Not Ripping Off the Taxpayers..

City has apparently become masochistic.

Former State Treasurer Robert Vigil home from prison and can’t associate with other felons under his probation.
In other words, he needs to make some new friends who aren’t also former elected officials
