House Republicans may Web cast four more committees

By SFR Staff
In this week's briefs, SFR reports that Rep. Janice Arnold-Jones, R-Bernalillo, has migrated her committee web streams to the new web site NMGOV.TV. Former legislative candidate Howard DeLaCruz-Bancroft has been helping Lady Sunlight out with the tech, and  says he has already prepped laptops for two more Republican legislators: Reps. Candy Ezzell and Dennis Kintigh, both Republicans from Chaves County.

Ezzell sits on Energy & Natural Resources and Labor & Human Resources, while Kintigh sits on Health & Governmental Affairs and Judiciary. Once they're up and running, that means half of the regular standing committees will be streaming live on the net.

In other live web news...watch for SFR and the New Mexico Independent's live coverage of the domestic partnership debate on the Senate floor this week. (We're now hearing it might hit the floor Thursday).
