by Legislative Finance Committee financial economist Dan White and State Investment Council general counsel Bryan Augustin Otero.

White's presentation details, among other things, the growing legal expenses incurred by the SIC.

Otero puts forward the SIC's position on that and a number of timely topics, like the Frank Foy/Vanderbilt pay-to-play case. Foy's attorney had accused the SIC of "stonewalling" on document requests.
