DOCUMENTS: The Texas radwaste fight

A PR war has ensued between opponents and defenders of West Texas' radioactive waste dump.

 In Texas, an all-out war over where to store nuclear waste has ensued. The current site, run by Dallas billionaire Harold Simmons' company Waste Control Specialists, lies only a stone's throw from the New Mexico border.
