Santa Fe contenders for mayor and city council seats learned this week whether their nominating petitions to be placed on the ballot for the March 4, 2014 municipal election were valid.---
Michael D'Anna didn't make the mayoral ballot, City Clerk Yolanda Vigil tells SFR, but 11 council candidates and five candidates for mayor did make the cut.
City code requires mayoral candidates to have signatures of at least one-half of one percent of registered voters in the city. For city council, it's one-half of one percent of registered voters in the district.
Below is a list of the candidates, in alphabetical order, who will be on the ballot for mayoral and city council races, according to Vigil.
