It looks like a hole in the wall, but the food ain't no slouch in the delicious department. Famous for its fries, Dave's Not Here has earned that honor by cutting their potatoes fresh, leaving the skins on and frying them to perfect crispiness. The menu offers New Mexico fare: a chile relleno filled with melty, creamy cheese and deep-fried, served with lots of yellow rice and veggies and sour cream. Or try the blue corn enchiladas-stuffed with chunks of white chicken and smothered with the greenest, tangiest, most yummy green chile.
