Even the sun heads south in anticipation of winter in the northern hemisphere. In New Mexico, we're glad to watch that old, fiery orb tilt toward the equator, marking our drift into Autumn. After all, it means cooler days, harvest time and burning a 40-foot son-of-a-bitch we've been waiting to get our hands on all year.
