Recently appointed First Judicial District Judge Sarah Singleton delayed ruling today on the
of a local anti-wi-fi activist who sued his neighbor to stop her use of an iPhone and wireless internet.
Singleton decided to give the activist, Arthur Firstenberg, one week to see if his lawyers can win some temporary concessions from his neighbor, Raphaela Monribot--concessions such as limiting her computer use at night.
"The judge is trying to be fair to both sides," Joseph Romero, one of Monribot's attorneys, told SFR after today's hearing. "There's a giggle factor in this case, but he [Firstenberg] is in pain and she [the judge] recognizes that."
SFR asked Firstenberg, pictured above, if he could share some information about the types of equipment he uses to measure wireless signals and pinpoint their origins. "Sure," he said. "But you have to
treat me better in the Reporter
