KRQE has a
on the saga of Legit Security, the shady security company we ran surveillance on for our May cover story, "
." Yesterday, the Private Investigators Advisory Board voted on whether to grant a license to the company ICU Security, which many (including
) believe is just Legit under a new name.
New Mexico Licensing & Regulation Department public information officer Teala Kail says she cannot release the names of companies who were discussed in closed session during the meeting. She does confirm that the board moved to issue a "notice of contemplated action" to not license *a* security company. She cannot confirm it is ICU.
