Café Pasqual's, 315 and The Shed, making Gourmet magazine's latest restaurant guide. The addition this year of Aqua Santa and the "new" Palace brings Santa Fe two more places reflecting the national trend toward eating locally. We're thrilled to be able to try not only those places that seek out new artisan products each week but also those who have known their chile supplier for a century.
That said, Harry's Roadhouse is the place we consistently turn to when we want both comforting standards we love and inventive specials that delight. For its ability to deliciously appeal to our every mood and appetite, we choose Harry's as our restaurant of the year. Though we love having so many choices, Harry's is a place where we'd eat every week. Dig in!
