The guv and the lt. guv's office were evacuated at around 2:15 pm this afternoon after an envelope arrived containing an unidentified white substance.

Santa Fe New Mexican political columnist Steve Terrell, whose office is in the capitol, admitted to SFR and a state police official that he should be a prime suspect.
