OLD SCHOOL
Chasing girls, drinking beer, pulling immature pranks and skipping class are a virtual requisite for any guy attending college. After their friend becomes unexpectedly single, the beer-bong-hitting "Frank the tank" (Will Farrell) and Bernard (Vince Vaughn) decide to start their own fraternity, where age and grades don't matter. Mitch (Luke Wilson), needing to re-emerge into the dating scene, reluctantly agrees to their crazy plan. Harassing pledges, partying with co-eds and drunkenly streaking are all comedic fodder for the talented team of Farrell and Vaughn, while Wilson plays it straight in this college comedy.
THE LIFE AQUATIC WITH STEVE ZISSOU
Combine Jacques Cousteau with Batman and you get Steve Zissou: The world's most renowned oceanographer, hell-bent on revenge. Aside from a shark killing his partner, Zissou is reunited with his son Ned (Owen Wilson), who accompanies Zissou on his quest to kill the shark. Director Wes Anderson creates a universe that is unique to all of his films, by using long-takes, camera zooms and pans that often span the innards of Zissou's submarine in a single shot. Anderson's directorial choices, a great supporting cast, Jeff Goldblum, Anjelica Huston and Willem Dafoe-along with distinctive visuals-help give the film a personality all of its own.
FEVER PITCH
In their latest, the Farrelly brothers (

Career woman Lindsey Meeks (Drew Barrymore) falls for Boston Red Sox super-fan Ben Wrightman (Jimmy Fallon). Meeks, dedicated to climbing the corporate ladder, and Wrightman, whose loyalty is with the Sox, must both make sacrifices if their relationship is to work. Complicating things is Grant Wade (Andrew Wilson), Meeks' financially and mentally stable co-worker, who is also in romantic pursuit. Audiences overlooked
