Local is an ethic that suggests value and satisfaction are built from trust and authentic relationships. Local is a belief that strong communities are the sum of their parts: personal, political and business relationships. Local isn't restrictive—local simply adheres to a value judgment based on prioritizing community, quality, reliability, accountability, efficient use of resources and honest need.
