Online, April 7: “Not quite all closed”
Too Far
When out of doors becomes a dirty word.
When swings in neighborhood parks get taped off.
When public tennis courts get padlocked.
Santa Fe is blessed with healthy clean air.
Families now have a chance to BREATHE.
I say to the hierarchy of the state.
How dare you!

Thanks, Chef
[Eloisa] will be missed. Best and most beautifully presented, and creative food in Santa Fe—a cut above all the others. Always my first choice. Thank you, John Sedlar, for your dedication, appreciation, and support for our local cultureh

Census 2020:
Get Counted
I live down a county road in rural Ojo Caliente. Census Day (April 15) came and went without my having received a census form. I queried my neighbors, and none of them had received one either.
Apparently, the government went through with their notion not to send them to post office boxes, where people like me get our mail. I'm sure many readers can relate.
If you haven't received a census form, go to my2020census.gov and make sure you and your family get counted. And encourage those you know to do the same.
