Chef Eduardo Rodriguez has somehow created an eatery with affordable brunch and fine dining dinner. Think about the chicken and waffles brunch plate for earlier in the day, then try the pork belly carnitas with a strawberry tamal for dinner—or, sometimes, oysters.
