6. It's the ENN, and it happens prior to submitting an application to the city. Developers are required to do it. The purpose is to allow neighbors to express their opinion about a potential project so the developer can get a sense of how they feel.

5. To make sure the procedures for running elections are followed and that no one deviates from the proper way to run an election.
6. I don't know the time frame. But I believe the notice is to tell people who live in the area what's coming, the number of houses or units and how businesses will be impacted in their neighborhood.
7. In terms of night life, the city needs to find different venues to have kids to go out and have a good time. Cruising was big when I was a kid. We used to cruise around Alameda by the river. But now, there needs to be more things for kids where they can hang out in a safe environment.

10. Trader Joe's. I like their prices. I like the food they have. It's really good food.
