James Taylor woke up one morning wondering how humankind is going to survive ignorance, pestilence and hunger—so he went back to college to find out. Now he is a senior student at SFCC, learning and writing about controlled environment agriculture and how it can help in the effort to feed everyone in Northern New Mexico.
