Tintawi Kaigziabiher is married to a scientist, and together they live with their five children. As a woman of African descent, she writes to give a voice to the African experience in the diaspora. She is a creative writing major at Santa Fe Community College and a member of the 2019 Fall cohort for the NM Fund for Public Interest Journalism.
